She marries Woo Seo-Do and has two sons and two daughters, but the life of her third son, Woo Ae-Guk, is anything but smooth. After completing his military service, he marries Bang Eon-Sa — but devastated by his wife's infidelity, he ends up living adrift, far from home.

Then, hearing that his mother is gravely ill, Woo Ae-Guk returns home, where he learns of Oh Mo-Se, a person his mother longed for all her life. He sets out for Yanjin in search of Oh Mo-Se…
